Pat Dye Benefit Auction:
- Rick Barnickle has agreed to MC the silent auction and closing party this Saturday
- The Gallery will open at 5 p.m. for viewers and continued bidders.
- Bids close at 8 p.m. with announcement of winning bidders immediately following.
- Brandon Backe, pitcher for the Astros, has donated one of his signed jerseys, two signed baseballs and four tickets to an upcoming Astros game. These prizes will be given away after the silent auction on Sat. Each qualifying bids ($75 minimum) is put into a bowl and names will be drawn by Rick Barnickle.
- Isabelle will come to the Gallery on Sunday to pick up the students artwork
- Popcorn, chex mix and soda will be provided during the event
- If Isabell will send me the article she wrote for the student display, I will get it to the Leesville Leader and both radios - we could post it to the website as well
- Pat Dye's uncle will be on KVVP at 12:15 this Thursday to promote the silent auction
- Pat's dad will try to bring the Astros items on Saturday

Art Walk:
- Deadline to get art to Tony for the exhibit is the 15th of March
- Is anyone willing to go to KALB and be on the Jambalaya show to push the Art Walk and Gallery membership? The time is 6:35 a.m. and there are several dates open in March and April.
- Rose still needs sitters for the Art Walk exhibit
- Tony is looking to get a popcorn cart so we can sell popcorn during the Art Walk

Misc.:
- All artist interested in selling Christmas cards, thank you notes, bookmarks, etc. need to get some samples together for May Fest. We will have displays of such items for sale.

- Dr. Lord is getting together information on a 25k arts grant! Just see what this group can do if we get some cash :-)

- Morris Insurance is a new benefactor!

- Gallery One Ellleven is now a wireless Internet site. The code for access is on the wireless Internet device in the back room by the radio.

- Ricky is bringing down several room dividers for the Gallery to help with acoustics as well as add to our display space
